<p>Job Overview</p> <p>Ebenezer Integrated Care & Rehab is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) for our newest Skilled Nursing Community (Transitional Care units, Long Term Care) in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota! This role leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care. This position must demonstrate sound management skills through problem solving and decision making. They are responsible to supervise in compliance with State and Federal regulations as well as Ebenezer Standards and policies. Team includes a Director of Nursing, Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Social Worker, and more.</p> <p>This nursing schedule includes;</p> <ul> <li>48 hours every two weeks </li><li>Night shift </li><li>Every other weekend and holiday rotation </li><li>Full Generous Benefits ; https://www.ebenezercares.org/employee-benefits (paid personal time off, Retirement monies, medical, dental,college scholarships, wellness reimbursement program </li><li>Cash Out Wages Before Payday with our New Benefit of Early Wage Access! </li><li>RN student loan repayment, up to $10,000 </li></ul> <p>Ebenezer Integrated Care & Rehab (EICR) serves seniors with long-term, transitional, and dementia care needs in the heart of downtown St. Paul. As part of Fairview's Community Health and Wellness Hub, EICR is committed to delivering innovative, collaborative care. The Fairview Community Health and Wellness Hub opened in 2022 to deliver a variety of services to the community-from primary and mental health care to enrichment options for seniors, food access programs, and community gathering spaces. The Hub brings Fairview services together with local organizations-including Minnesota Community Care and Sanneh Foundation-to make it easier for people to access what they need to be well.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards </li><li>Assures Care Plan, medical records and other documentation are up to date </li><li>Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies </li><li>Reports problem areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions </li><li>Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse </li><li>RN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing </li><li>Current CPR /BLS certified </li><li>One to three years of experience </li><li>Basic Computer Skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Supervisory skills </li><li>Point Click Care knowledge </li></ul> <p>hcare Providers, Life Guarding First Aid/CPR/AED</p> <p>Benefit Overview</p> <p>Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
