Let's make that impact together.</p> <p>We have an opportunity for a Senior Strategy Manager to join our Solstice Advanced Materials business. The role is part of SAMs Global Strategy & M&A Organization with focus on developing distinctive market strategies, global planning, market research & competitive intelligence to support strategy organization of SAM's lines of business, verticals, and regions globally.</p> <p>The role involves a gamut of activities (independent research, data collection, modeling, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of research findings) and working closely with various businesses to develop actionable analysis and a knowledge repository for SAM.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and foster SAM's 3 -5 Year Strategic Plans building on a strong foundation and with growth rates material greater than the market </li><li>Translate 3-5-year strategy into executable operating plans </li><li>Champion the development of strategic business unit growth strategies (organic and inorganic) and establish strong M&A target pipeline and support development of that pipeline in conjunction with the M&A leader at the SAM level. </li><li>Work closely with Senior business leaders to expand their core businesses, grow into adjacent spaces and establish new business models to drive growth </li><li>Define growth and competitive advantage opportunities by identifying technology trends, portfolio integration and expansion opportunities and business model evolution </li><li>Directly collaborate with strategic business unit (S&D and AIS) strategy leaders to drive standardization across the strategy development and execution processes </li><li>Drive the growth of critical initiatives that are designed to diversify the industries served and establish a long-term growth path for the business </li><li>Conduct market analyses, track competitor performance, and monitor market intelligence to drive deeper level insights required to develop and maintain the strategic plan for business growth </li><li>Develop frameworks to support identification, incubation, and assessment of critical growth initiatives to align with business goals </li><li>Proactively develop business opportunities, and lead investigation, design, and initial execution of those initiatives and other growth opportunities within the core business and key early-stage startup opportunities </li><li>Conduct strategic space reviews to continuously grow and manage the inorganic opportunity pipeline in conjunction with the M&A team </li></ul> <p>You Must Have:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or other highly analytical field is required, advanced degree preferred </li><li>Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles </li><li>Good experience of Commercial, Marketing, or Strategy experience or Consulting experience in an Industrial/ Chemical setting </li><li>Leadership characteristics including Strategic Marketing, Time Management, Results-Oriented, Problem Solver, Analytical Thinking and Decision-Making, Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills and Ethics. </li></ul> <p>We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Benefits - Medical, Vision, Dental, Mental Health </li><li>Paid Vacation </li><li>401k Plan & Matching </li><li>Career Growth </li><li>Professional Development </li></ul> <p>In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell.
