<p>Client Overview:</p> <p>Our client is a global company with a diverse portfolio of well-known brands and a strong international presence. They operate across multiple channels and markets, with a focus on growth, innovation, and responsible business practices. They are looking to add a Treasury Services Analyst to their team.</p> <p>Salary/Hourly Rate:</p> <p>$38/hr - $40/hr</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Services Analyst to support daily cash management, forecasting, and banking operations. This role will play a key part in optimizing liquidity, supporting financial decision-making, and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Treasury Services Analyst:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity across all accounts. </li><li>Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts. </li><li>Execute and oversee wire transfers, ACH transactions, and intercompany funding. </li><li>Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies. </li><li>Maintain and enhance treasury management systems and reporting tools. </li><li>Support debt management, including compliance tracking and reporting. </li><li>Assist with investment activities and ensure alignment with company policies. </li><li>Partner with the Accounting and FP&A teams on the month-end close and reporting. </li><li>Maintain banking relationships and assist with account administration. </li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and efficiencies. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience/Skills for the Treasury Services Analyst:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced Excel skills and Finance or Accounting education/internship background. </li><li>2 - 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking. </li><li>Strong understanding of cash management, forecasting, and financial analysis. </li><li>Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP platforms. </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling). </li><li>Knowledge of banking platforms and payment processes (ACH, wires, SWIFT). </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience/Skills for the Treasury Services Analyst:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with systems such as Kyriba, GTreasury, SAP, Oracle, or similar. </li><li>Exposure to debt instruments, investments, or capital markets. </li><li>Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation (or in progress). </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and equivalent experience is required. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off). </li></ul>
