<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Growth Coordinator is a key member of the North America Growth team. The Growth Coordinator provides efficient and effective administrative, marketing and new business support to the day-to-day operations of the team. This individual will be essential to the continued success of our Marketing & Growth team and dentsu.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support the line managers and the rest of the team with tasks associated with new business activities including pitching:</p> </li><li> <p>Support pitch leads in the operations of pitches, including tracking timings and deadlines to ensure a seamless pitch process</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in client meeting logistics (in person/studio and virtually)</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with presentation support</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct background research on prospective clients</p> </li><li> <p>Support on RFI/RFPs as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Provide support to the team managing strategic growth initiatives including external partnerships such as Brand Innovators and thought leadership and prospecting efforts.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains the team's file storage on Google Drive.</p> </li><li> <p>Handle the scheduling of meetings with other members of the team and partners as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>A degree in advertising, marketing or business</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work well as part of a team</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interpersonal skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently and prioritize</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>At dentsu, we believe great work happens when we're connected. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.</p> <p>The anticipated base salary range for this position is $54,050 - $58,000.
