<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in New York, NY.</p> <p>Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business and operational systems. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful system delivery.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Business Systems Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements </li><li>Translate business needs into functional specifications and test plans </li><li>Serve as the primary link between business users and technical teams throughout the system lifecycle </li><li>Track, manage, and communicate issues, risks, and change requests </li><li>Analyze and document business processes and workflows </li><li>As a Business Systems Analyst, you will support project schedules, milestones, and reporting </li><li>Produce clear status reports, presentations, and recommendations* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience </li><li>5+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or IT applications </li><li>Strong understanding of application development, databases, and system design </li><li>Proven analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Experience in operations, network services, or supervisory roles is a plus </li></ul>
