<p>What are you going to do?</p> <p>In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to phone calls and email inquiries throughout the day. You will verify customer information to ensure accurate quote creation, utilizing electrical and mechanical drawings, SAP, and equipment history data. Responsibilities include preparing parts and tooling quotes, following up on open quotes, and identifying opportunities to upsell. You will also manage part returns and cross-train in warehouse operations to support overall business needs. Additionally, you will participate in a rotational schedule to cover office shifts, maintain accurate lead times within the material requirements planning (MRP) system, and proactively communicate order status updates to customers.
