<p>Job Title: Site Civil Project Engineer</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Civil Site Group as a Project Engineer. The role involves working closely with a Project Manager and other staff members to drive the design on a variety of civil/site development projects. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including mixed-use, multi-family, subdivisions, commercial, government, and healthcare, with the potential for quick career advancement into project management and client development roles.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the management of complex projects ensuring timely and profitable completion. </li><li>Design site layouts, perform grading and drainage design, and handle permitting of commercial and residential site development projects. </li><li>Effectively communicate with internal staff and clients throughout the project. </li><li>Participate in project proposals and presentations as necessary. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering </li><li>3+ years of experience in land development project management (preferred) </li><li>Experience managing design of site layouts, grading, drainage, utility, and permitting </li><li>Effective leadership and communication skills </li><li>Experience with Civil 3D </li><li>EIT certification obtained or on track to obtain </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The work environment is mainly in-office, with the option to work remotely one day a week once settled in. The role may require some site visits.
