Suite A, Johns Island, SC 29455).</p> <p>Primary Function/General Purpose of Position</p> <p>The Center Administrator assist in managing operations for urgent care clinics by managing staffing, training, supplies, workflow, billing processes and customer service as well as maintaining a safe, positive work environment.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Works primary shifts as clinical staff and/or front desk receptionist as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors clinic activity and patient flow to ensure efficient and effective patient care.</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in promotion of positive culture and teamwork.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates excellence in care in all interactions, for both patients and internal teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Identifies opportunities for improvement, troubleshoots issues and/or communicate/escalate timely to Provider, direct supervisor, or other appropriate internal resources.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains a safe and supportive environment by keeping the work area, exam rooms, and equipment in clean, orderly, and safe manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains clinical and administrative skills to meet patient care and daily operational needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Understands and adheres to the legal responsibilities and requirements within the role.</p> </li><li> <p>Open to travel to other urgent care facilities if necessary or adjusting work hours to meet patient care needs as directed by the manager.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs cross-functional duties as needed, including front desk duties such as registration, scheduling, answering phones, cash handling and other duties such as scribing, ordering of supplies, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in interviews for front desk receptionist, medical assistant, x-ray technician and other support staff positions.</p> </li><li> <p>Creates and maintain staff work schedules and ensure optimal staffing across functional areas within clinic.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in evaluation of behaviors and disciplinary action of staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures employees are adequately trained to perform assigned duties safely and correctly.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures excellence in customer experience by addressing customer feedback, monitoring patient satisfaction metrics, and implementing solutions for improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures staff compliance with company policies and procedures and state and federal rules and regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains proper inventory process and ordering to ensure adequate stock of supplies.</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in meetings for regular touch base and for special project as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in problem solving and implementation of operational strategies under the direction of clinic and market leadership.</p> </li></ul> <p>This document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
