MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we've come a long way since. Today we're a 400 + strong team (we're thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes - from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you'll find us in Boston, MA, East Providence, RI, and Denver, CO.

We're making new and exciting things - and we could really do with your help.

The role

The Assembly Operator will be responsible for assembling and packing products according to the objectives, ensuring quality control and maintaining stock levels at their station. The operator will report on completed orders, monitor output, and follow production priorities to meet deadlines. This role requires adaptability, effective communication, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Product Assembly & Packing Follow instructions to assemble, pack and confirm quality on orders following company standards. Meet hourly assembly output targets

Stock Monitoring & Reporting:

Monitor stock levels and report low stock at your station.

Workflow Management:

Prioritise tasks based on deadlines.

Follow the First In, First Out (FIFO) system to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Station Maintenance:

Replenish your station at the end of each shift to ensure readiness for the next day.

Escalation & Communication:

Escalate any issues that prevent work progression to the Manufacturing management team

About you

We welcome all types of people. But to succeed in this role, there are a few things we really need:

Physical fitness

No need to be a cross-fit champ, but you will need to stand for the whole shift (except meal and rest periods of course), move and lift up to 55 pounds and be able to bend or twist at the waist and knees.

People skills

We're a tight knit crew. So being an awesome communicator, and always ready to lend a hand is your ticket to success.

Communication skills

Proficiency in English is important to ensure clear and effective communication in our fast-paced environment.

Good work ethic

MOO wouldn't be MOO without you!. So, to keep our customers thrilled, we need top notch time management skills, high levels of concentration and a willingness to work overtime - including during the weekend when customer demand requires it.

Work Environment

Work is performed in a manufacturing facility that may be dusty at times. The temperature inside mirrors the great outdoors, but don't fret - we've got heating in the winter. While the environment is dynamic, it's also flexible, and we're all about ensuring everyone can shine. If you need accommodations to perform your best, just let us know.

What's it like to work at MOO?

MOO's the kind of workplace where you can really be yourself. Dye your hair purple. Hit the sofa with your laptop. Whatever helps you feel comfortable and happy at work. We want to help you grow in your career and set you up for success - while also recognising the importance of a healthy work/life balance.

That's why we offer 25 days holiday rising by one day for each year here (for 5 years), a matched pension scheme, MOO's share option scheme, and paid parental leave. We'll offer you private healthcare, life insurance, a season ticket loan, and a cycle to work scheme. We also offer flexible work schedules with hybrid and remote working for certain roles as well as a Work From Anywhere program.

Diversity Statement

We are working hard to create a representative, inclusive and super-friendly team, because we know that different experiences, perspectives and backgrounds make for a better workplace. And that creates a better experience for our customers. MOO doesn't discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion or belief, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, marital status, disability or any other protected class.

As a design and technology company we have a desire and a responsibility to build a business that represents the world around us. So we strive to create a values-driven, purposeful and highly empowered organisation that we are all proud to work for. And we are committed to continuous investment in building an open and inclusive environment, welcoming a diverse audience of candidates who see themselves working and thriving at MOO.
