This role focuses on consistent execution of the sales process, urgency in scheduling installations, and collecting activation at the point of sale. Inside Sales Professionals are measured by conversion, installation outcomes, efficiency, and install speed. This is a full-time, performance-driven role.</p> <p>Essential Functions and Responsibilities</p> <p>The essential functions listed below are representative of the duties?required?to successfully perform this role. Variable and bonus compensation is not guaranteed and is governed by applicable plan terms. All compensation is paid in compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws, including applicable minimum wage and overtime requirements. Variable pay is defined as?commission-based compensation tied to completed sales and performance metrics?and will be shared in a separate compensation plan.</p>
