We foster a collaborative, innovative, and energetic environment with strong growth opportunities.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with 8+ years in Consulting Engineering and a strong technical background in Electrical Engineering, preferably with experience in Healthcare, Higher Education and/or K12. You'll design electrical aspects of energy efficient buildings and infrastructure projects, working with multidisciplinary teams. This role requires a leader who is self-motivated and client-focused. Responsibilities include electrical design, project management, client relations, and mentoring staff.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead electrical system design (power distribution, lighting, controls, emergency power, UPS, renewable energy, fire alarm, low-voltage, etc.) for bidding and construction. </li><li>Manage internal/external design and construction projects. </li><li>Prepare/interpret technical drawings and specifications. </li><li>Collaborate with owners, clients, architects, and contractors. </li><li>Participate in business development activities. </li><li>Mentor and guide staff engineers. </li></ul> <p>Desired Experience & Skills:</p> <ul> <li>8+ years MEP design experience </li><li>Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering </li><li>Massachusetts PE license </li><li>Project Management (internal/external) </li><li>MEP design and specifications </li><li>Client & Architect relationship management </li><li>Experience in Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, Commercial sectors </li><li>Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD </li><li>Knowledge of Power Distribution, Lighting, Energy, and Renewable Energy Systems </li></ul> <p>Benefits: Comprehensive health, personal, and financial benefits package offered.</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <p>#LI-CM1 #LI-Onsite</p>
