The Critical Care Pharmacy Specialist participates as a clinical reference to committees as needed such as the Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee, Medication safety, Code Blue, etc. or may be a participant if needed. The Critical Care Pharmacy Specialist may work weekends, holidays, days, evenings, and/or night shifts as assigned according to the position(s) primarily worked, qualifications to work in said position(s), and according to departmental needs.</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Education:</p> <p>Graduate of accredited school of pharmacy and current pharmacist license by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy. Advanced training (residency, fellowship, and/or board certification).</p> <p>Required length of experience:</p> <ul> <li>PGY1 residency + PGY2 residency in critical care + 2 years of experience in area or </li><li>PGY1 + 4 years experience in practice area or </li><li>5 years experience in practice area </li></ul> <p>Required licensure, certification, and/or registry:</p> <ul> <li>BCCCP or national fellow status </li><li>Maintains BLS and ACLS certification </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE!</p>
