Are you in?</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>In your new role you will:</p> <ul> <li>Project Involvement: Work closely with the HiRel Project Management team to support ongoing R&D projects </li><li>Tool Learning: Learn and use project management tools and methodologies specific to HiRel R&D </li><li>Team Collaboration: Contribute to running R&D projects under the supervision of an experienced R&D project manager </li><li>Skill Development: Build hands-on experience in project management within a 12-week summer internship </li></ul> <p>Your Profile</p> <p>You are best equipped for this task if you have:</p> <ul> <li>Education: Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field </li><li>Project Skills: Interest in project management with strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Technical Aptitude: Willingness to learn tools and methods specific to R&D project workflows </li><li>Soft Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team environment </li><li>US citizen or green card holder: This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States.
