<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>This position will function as a working supervisor to Hospital Patient Service Clerks 2 that staff the Imaging Reception Areas located in three separate locations on two campuses. This position will be responsible for but not limited to, providing daily oversight of work performance and ongoing training that secures optimal performance of the reception functions of the departments. Personal supervision to ensure strict compliance with numerous internal and external regulations.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Associate degree and four years of administrative support experience, including experience in a medical practice setting. Prior supervisory experience a must. Must be able to work effectively with all levels of administration and medical staff personnel. Medical terminology, and Epic/RIS experience required.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelor Degree with emphasis on business or health related field. Demonstrated creativity and mature judgment necessary in anticipating and solving problems. Exceptional skills in verbal and written communication and excellent organizational skills required. Ability to train new staff, create and update training manuals as needs change for each department.</p> <p>Work Days:</p> <p>8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.
