We host more than 125 highly skilled physicians offering specialties in Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, Rehabilitation, Laboratory, Women's Imaging, Wound Care, and more.</p> <p>Website: https://www.stmarysregional.com</p> <p>Summary of Job:</p> <p>The Director of Clinical Education provides strategic leadership and oversight for all clinical training and educational programs within the hospital. This role ensures that staff, students, and residents receive high-quality, evidence-based instruction that promotes patient safety, professional development, and organizational excellence.</p> <p>Job Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and oversee training, onboarding, and continuing education programs for nurses and other clinical staff, ensuring alignment with hospital goals and accreditation standards. </li><li>Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to identify educational gaps, prioritize training needs, and mentor educators, preceptors, and staff to foster continuous learning. </li><li>Manage clinical rotations for students (e.g., nursing, physician assistant), coordinating with academic partners to ensure compliance with educational standards. </li><li>Serve as liaison with schools for recruitment and act as a strategic advisor on clinical education initiatives.
