<p>About the Role</p> <p>We are seeking an AI Specialist who can partner with our Content Management (CM) team to analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and deliver AI-driven recommendations and prototypes.</p> <p>we're looking for someone who brings strong foundational AI development skills and can translate business problems into practical, measurable AI solutions.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop automation scripts or API-based solutions to improve CM workflows. </li></ul> <p>Assess current CM processes (e.g., tagging, metadata management, routing, quality checks, intake workflows).</p> <ul> <li> <p>Produce clear, actionable AI recommendations with defined success metrics and ROI impact.</p> </li><li> <p>Create automation roadmaps based on team needs and feasibility.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement and operationalize solutions such as:</p> </li><li> <p>Auto-tagging</p> </li><li> <p>Smart routing</p> </li><li> <p>Content similarity detection</p> </li><li> <p>Summarization or quality validation</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with engineering or workflow teams to integrate prototypes into production.</p> </li><li> <p>Define measurable benchmarks for AI model performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct tests, compare model performance, and iterate based on feedback.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with CM stakeholders to understand challenges and gather requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Present prototypes, findings, and recommendations to non-technical partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate user testing and incorporate insights into improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>Document prompts, workflows, pipeline logic, and decision criteria.</p> </li><li> <p>Create simple guides or reusable patterns for future AI use cases.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years hands-on experience in applied AI/ML, NLP, or intelligent automation. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field, </li></ul> <p>or equivalent hands-on experience.</p> <ul> <li>experience with using generative models (ChatGPT, Gemini) for content, coding assistants (GitHub Copilot), and design platforms (Midjourney, Canva). . </li><li>Experience maintaining or using a centralized content library or knowledge base. </li><li>Experience building POCs or AI-driven automations using Python. </li><li>Familiarity with LLM tooling (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.). </li><li>Understanding of prompt engineering concepts, embeddings, vector search, or RAG patterns. </li><li>Ability to break down business problems and propose AI solutions. </li><li>Strong communication and analytical skills. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Logic Apps, or similar). </li><li>Exposure to document processing (OCR, metadata extraction, classification). </li><li>Experience evaluating AI model performance. </li></ul>
