This role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with good judgment. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action, "can-do" attitude and the ability to handle multiple requests and tasks simultaneously.</p> <p>Your responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>You will support various projects in administrative and organisational tasks </li><li>You will prepare various correspondence and documents for the management; edit and proof correspondence and documents </li><li>You will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of Sales and RM Support team tools and subsequent pages </li><li>You will be responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of relevant client information in our centralized data management system </li><li>You will help identify and report inconsistencies or gaps in data for resolution </li><li>You will track and drive follow-up on outstanding action items </li></ul> <p>Your profile</p> <ul> <li>You are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree programme with a recognized institution focusing on Finance, Business Administration or similar and can provide an internship agreement OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months. </li><li>You have excellent Outlook and Microsoft Office skills </li><li>Familiarity or Efficiency with SAP would be a benefit </li><li>You are fluent in English (written and spoken), German will be considered as an asset </li><li>Internship duration: 6 months </li></ul>
