<p>Department</p> <p>Operating Room</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) functions in a scrub role for operative and other invasive procedures including establishing and maintaining a sterile field, specimen handling, counts, medications/solutions, implants and instrument processing and may assist with circulating duties, as well as, participate in activities related to standards and quality improvement for the specialty and the department.</p> <p>Shift: 11:00am start/ 10 hour shift</p> <p>4-days a week, with call, and response requirements.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Require active national Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prefer knowledgeable of selected specialty. </li><li>Prefer ability in one-on-one demonstration of sterile technique. </li></ul> <p>Required License and Certs</p> <p>BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR</p> <p>CST: Certified Surg Technologist</p> <p>Shift: 11:00am start/ 10 hour shift</p> <p>4-days a week, with call, and response requirements.</p>
