<p>Description</p> <p>Boulder County Office of the County Administrator is seeking to hire 2 (two)Temporary Office Assistants - Board of Equalizationto perform a variety of administrative support tasks up to 40 hours a week.</p> <p>These positions will entail both basic and high level administrative functions and will end no later than November 3. Parking is the responsibility of the employee.</p> <p>These arehourly, non-benefitedpositions that will work up to 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. These positions will work out of1325 Pearl St.,Boulder, Colorado. Under Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines, these positions are non-exempt.</p> <p>Boulder County requires its employees to reside in the state of Colorado as of the first day of work.</p> <p>Hiring Salary Range: $24.04 -$25.00Hourly</p> <p>Tentative Hiring Timeline:</p> <ul> <li>Phone Screening: August 14th </li><li>First Round Interviews: Week of August 18th </li><li>Second Round Interviews: Week of August 18th </li><li>Reference Check: Week of August 18th </li></ul> <p>Boulder County employees may qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Visit studentaid.gov for more information.</p> <p>Examples of Duties</p> <ul> <li>Assisting the public over the phone and email, providing information and referring individuals to appropriate staff </li><li>Using computer software for data input and processing reports </li><li>Maintaining electronic files </li><li>Proofing and indexing documents </li><li>Operating various office equipment </li><li>Completing and processing reports and forms </li><li>Checking and verifying information to various electronic records </li><li>Opening, sorting, and scanning mail appeals into software </li><li>Facilitating and monitoring property valuation hearings via MS Teams to act as a virtual greeter </li><li>Performs related work, as required </li><li>May be reassigned during emergency situations </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>PLEASE NOTE: When completing your application describe all relevant education and experience, as applications are assessed based on the required qualifications listed. Any combination of relevant education and experience is encouraged.
