<p>Description</p> <p>Kimberton Whole Foods in Collegeville is seeking a dedicated, full-time Receiver to become a vital part of our team!</p> <p>Set Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm</p> <p>Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.</p> <p>Hourly Pay: $20-22/hr</p> <p>Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits at Kimberton Whole Foods: Extensive Medical Coverage, Vision Plan, Dental Plan, 25% off Store-Wide Discount, Employer Paid Short-Term Disability, Employer Paid Long-Term Disability, Employer Paid Life Insurance, Employer Paid AD&D, Voluntary Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Flexible Spending Account - Healthcare & Dependent Care, 401K with matching 3% after one year and at least 1000 hours worked, Paid Time Off</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Providing exceptional service to all, including customers, team members, and delivery drivers. </li><li>Unloading and organizing all incoming deliveries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring proper rotation of stock. </li><li>Inspecting deliveries to verify that the quality and condition of the product is up to KWF standards. </li><li>Matching invoice details to delivered products and handling any corrections or returns as necessary. </li><li>Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the back stock area, prioritizing the safety of all who are operating in the space. </li><li>Managing the special-order program, working directly with customers. </li></ul> <p>Qualities that make you a great candidate:</p> <ul> <li>You have previously worked in a retail or warehouse environment and have experience with receiving and inventory management. </li><li>You're enthusiastic about customer service and have a cheerful and positive attitude to everyone you interact with. </li><li>You're an effective communicator who embodies the spirit of a team player. </li><li>You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized. </li><li>You understand the importance of pacing and can shift gears in accordance to volume, time, and temperature demands. </li><li>You are comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions. </li><li>You are diligent about workplace safety. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Physical Capabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Full sense range (vision, hearing and sense of smell) - the ability to read product labels, distinguish color & smell for quality control as well as the ability to communicate with the customers and co-workers. </li><li>Lifting, gripping and carrying objects - up to 50-75 pounds frequently, including boxes, cans, tools and other products. </li><li>Stooping, squatting, & kneeling - stoop and maneuver to pick up boxes from shelving and carts. </li><li>Walking - short distances to bring items from miscellaneous areas. </li><li>Standing- prolonged standing. </li><li>Work environment - movement based with the majority of time being in motion (walking & standing) rather that sedentary (sitting). </li><li>Climate - ability to work in cold environments (cooler, Freezer, back stock area) and handle cold products for extended periods of time on a regular basis. </li></ul>
