The college enrolls approximately 4,000 undergraduates, 900 master's students, and 45 doctoral students.</p> <p>Job Overview</p> <p>The Department of Finance in the Carl H. Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati invites applications for a one-year, full-time postdoc position in Real Estate, beginning August 2025. The selected candidate will collaborate with UC faculty and corporate partners on research in the application of state-of-the-art analytics methodologies to problems in real estate. The selected candidate may also have opportunities to gain teaching experience for additional compensation.</p> <p>This position will have the option of a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office/2 days work from home) for those with a residence within OH/IN/KY following 90 days of training. Residence must be in the tri-state area within reasonable distance to UC Main Campus to have ability to report to campus as required.
