If you know HVAC, we'll teach you how to teach.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <p>As an HVAC Instructor, you'll bring real-world experience into the classroom and lab, showing students how the trade actually works - not just how it looks in a book.</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Teach hands-on HVAC skills using real equipment and real scenarios </li><li>Share jobsite knowledge, troubleshooting tips, and best practices </li><li>Mentor students at different skill levels - from beginners to advanced learners </li><li>Prepare students for licensing, certification, and real-world success </li><li>Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development </li><li>Work independently while being supported by an experienced education team </li></ul> <p>No lesson plans from scratch, no education degree required - we provide curriculum, training, and support.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage your day </li><li>Strong communication and organization skills </li><li>Ability to use common software programs (MS Word/Excel/Outlook etc.) </li></ul> <p>Why This Role?</p> <ul> <li>No weekends.
