AUM since that date is in excess of $70bn as a result of more recent fund closings. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and support the monthly and quarterly valuation process for private market investments, including fund investments and equity and debt instruments </li><li>Develop and review valuation models (DCF, comparable company/transaction analysis, option pricing models, etc.) </li><li>Assess and document key valuation assumptions, including market inputs, company performance, and macroeconomic factors </li><li>Prepare valuation memos and materials for internal committees, auditors, and external stakeholders </li><li>Partner with investment teams to understand portfolio company performance and key value drivers </li><li>Interface with external auditors and manage relationships and work-streams with third-party valuation firms </li><li>Monitor industry trends, market data, and regulatory developments impacting valuation practices </li><li>Contribute to the enhancement of valuation policies, procedures, and governance frameworks </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree. MBA and/or CFA will be viewed favorably </li><li>5-10 years of relevant experience at a Big 4 accounting firm, valuation advisory firm, or similar organization </li><li>Strong experience valuing private market assets (private equity, venture capital, private credit) </li><li>Deep understanding of valuation methodologies and financial modeling techniques </li><li>Proven experience building and owning valuation processes </li><li>Experience supporting audit processes and working with external auditors </li><li>Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills </li><li>High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>We offer a competitive U.S. benefits package designed to support health, financial security, and work-life balance.
