<p>We are looking for</p> <p>A Quality Program Manager for our Aerospace division at the company's Haifa site</p> <p>Join a meaningful role where you will have a direct impact on the quality of complex defense systems delivered to customers in Israel and worldwide. This is your opportunity to lead end-to-end quality processes, work with international customers, and be a key partner in driving program success</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Take full ownership of quality management throughout the program lifecycle, from contract signing through project execution, deliveries, and ongoing support</p> <p>Plan, prepare, and manage quality work plans to meet program objectives against contract requirements</p> <p>Prepare milestone plans, including participation in reviews with external customers</p> <p>Manage and develop the relationship with the customer (POC) abroad and with partners in subsidiaries and business partners</p> <p>Support engineering throughout the product development process, approve specifications and procedures, and conduct quality audits during development</p> <p>Identify vulnerabilities at all program stages, initiate and lead improvement opportunities</p> <p>Lead and participate in failure investigations and internal and external quality events</p> <p>Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, program management, manufacturing, procurement, and additional stakeholders</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Quality & Reliability Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering</p> <p>M.Sc. in Quality - an advantage</p> <p>Minimum 3 years of experience in quality</p> <p>Proven experience in understanding quality requirements in accordance with contracts and development processes</p> <p>Experience in managing and leading quality projects with international customers</p> <p>Familiarity with AS9100, AS9102, IPC, MIL-STD quality standards and with aerospace development and manufacturing processes - an advantage</p> <p>High-level English - reading, writing, and speaking</p> <p>Systemic and business-oriented mindset, leadership skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the ability to drive results in a matrix environment</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
