<p>We are currently looking for a Maintenance Associate to join our VALUES based organization. In this role you will focus on:</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Performs preventative and routine maintenance of machines and equipment in accordance with SOP's and established schedules. </li><li>Troubleshoot equipment problems and performs non routine maintenance repairs of equipment </li><li>Facility maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs; daily emptying of dust collection bags in the shop; fabricating/repairing wooden carts; routine cleaning of machinery </li><li>Utilizes CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for entry of maintenance work orders and inventory </li><li>Maintain inventory of maintenance parts and supplies </li><li>Coordinate and oversee outside contractors and vendors to ensure work is being completed properly as business needs require </li><li>Follows REEB safety policies and procedures. </li><li>All Work performed will conform to industry standards for quality and installation </li><li>Assist with general light-duty maintenance tasks </li><li>Complete special maintenance projects as needed </li><li>Perform daily janitorial duties </li><li>Conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections </li><li>Clean and maintain eyewash stations </li><li>Operate a forklift as needed (must have experience) </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience with forklift operation </li><li>General maintenance and janitorial experience preferred </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently </li><li>Attention to safety and detail in all tasks </li></ul> <p>Factory training and certification in diagnostic software. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience a plus. Valid Driver's License required.
