<p>PURPOSE: To provide quality service and products to our customers in a timely and professional manner.</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY: Assists supervisor in all daily production tasks. Effectively communicates instructions from supervisor/management to coworkers. Ensures workstations have availability of work to process. Trains new hires and employees as needed. Follows standard operating procedures. Enforces quality, production, and safety standards.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Be on time </li><li>Have excellent attendance </li><li>Meet established production standards </li><li>Follow all company safety rules </li><li>Be able to work well with a diverse workforce </li><li>Be able to follow directions given by supervisor </li><li>Follow all company policies and procedures </li><li>Possess and maintain a positive attitude </li><li>Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area in line with company policies </li><li>Be able to work past the schedule, as production issues may arise </li><li>Checks for carts, tickets, and other duties to ensure all work is completed. </li><li>Support Continuous Improvement and coach problem resolution to all employees </li><li>Engage with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts in regards to quality and production </li><li>Performs quality audits/checks with teams throughout the shift </li><li>Perform any other duties as supervisor/manager sees fit </li></ul> <p>ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Be familiar with all products, machine operation and work in production as needed </li><li>Be able to learn computer and operating systems </li></ul> <p>JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Be able to stand on feet up to 12 hours a day </li><li>Sufficient manual dexterity to work on production floor </li><li>Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, and pulling </li><li>Be able to lift up to 40 lbs. </li><li>Be able to push/pull soil/clean carts weighing up to 800 lbs.
