<p>Overview</p> <p>We are looking for summer help keeping up with grounds and building maintenance.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of the property grounds. This position is a part of the Maintenance Department and will assist in light maintenance tasks.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains the exterior grounds to include lawn care, pulling weeds, spreading mulch and parking areas </li><li>Power wash entrances </li><li>Polish and/or clean outside waste receptacles </li><li>Cleaning of public space windows </li><li>Performs light maintenance and preventative maintenance projects </li><li>Assists in light remodeling projects </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Most possess knowledge of basic hand/power tools </li><li>Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills </li><li>Must be able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload. </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment </li><li>Must be dependable and energetic </li><li>Will be required to climb and work off a ladder </li><li>Must be flexible regarding scheduling as it is based on business demands </li><li>Valid driver's license with clean driving record required </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>This position requires constant standing and walking. Must be able to lift and carry 60lbs comfortably. Candidate must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical prior to beginning employment. </li></ul> <p>Working Environment</p> <ul> <li>Will work both indoors and outdoors </li></ul> <p>Miscellaneous Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Candidate must be able to pass a physical through APEX Physical Therapy prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc. </li></ul>
