<p>Job Title: HYBRID MBSE Systems Engineer</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a forward-thinking Systems Engineer III with expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to lead the development of MBSE standards and digital engineering practices. This role is central to shaping system models and methodologies that will be adopted across various programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement MBSE tools, define system architectures, and ensure traceability and integration throughout the system lifecycle.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Define and manage system architectures, interfaces, and requirements using MBSE tools. </li><li>Develop and maintain SysML-based models to support design consistency and traceability. </li><li>Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable, certifiable architecture. </li><li>Support internal reference architecture development and cross-program integration. </li><li>Guide performance modeling and analysis through the program lifecycle. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field. </li><li>6 or more years of relevant experience. </li><li>Strong understanding of requirements management, systems integration, and V&V. </li><li>Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. </li><li>MBSE experience and Full V-Model experience. </li><li>Thorough understanding of requirements management, functional requirements parsing, derivation, and allocation. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with tools like DOORS, MATLAB, and ENOVIA. </li><li>INCOSE certification. </li><li>Aerospace and Defense experience </li><li>Proven leadership in system baseline definition and performance tracking. </li><li>Experience with all aspects of digital systems modeling for CID (Common Integrated Design). </li><li>Agile experience and understanding of EVM or value management. </li><li>Network Architecture and infrastructure knowledge is a plus. </li><li>Problem-solving skills. </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
