<p>Who we are looking for:</p> <p>We are currently searching for a Maintenance Coordinator to be based out of Louisville, KY. The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible overseeing the spare parts inventory, Provide administrative support to the Maintenace department and manage the company Maintenace software (MaintenancePlus) Also, this person will source new suppliers and maintain vendors relationship quotes, PO's and place approved orders. will report to Maintenance Manager</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Understand and comply with all company safety, standards, rules, and policies. </li><li>Responsible to keep the critical spare parts inventory </li><li>Request quotes, PO's and place approved orders. </li><li>Source new suppliers and maintain existing vendor relationships. </li><li>Position will be responsible for helping to consolidate where parts are stored and inventories </li><li>Provides administrative and clerical support to the department. </li><li>Relocated parts will be counted and reconciled against the current parts storeroom inventory system. </li><li>Position will also be responsible for weekly cycle counts of existing maintenance parts locations and recounts as </li></ul> <p>necessary to ensure no inventory errors.</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for receiving and stocking new parts that come into the facility. </li><li>Track the pending orders and follow up the lead time. </li><li>Update Maintenance management software (ManagerPlus) </li><li>Support EHS responsibilities (site specific) </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring:</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of related experience. </li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. </li><li>Good understanding of basic math. </li><li>Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook </li><li>Familiar with standard and metric systems </li><li>Maintenance Parts Storeroom experience, required. </li><li>Mechanical and/or Electrical experience with maintenance parts, ordering parts, or installing/replacing various parts, </li></ul> <p>preferred.</p> <ul> <li>Must wear proper PPE (safety glasses, ear plugs,steel-toe shoes, gloves, high visibility vest) </li><li>The employee will be required to focus on reading/evaluating documents and is expected to have great attention to </li></ul> <p>Within 3 months, you'll:</p> <ul> <li>Complete any required training </li><li>Have developed relationships with the key stakeholders for this role. </li><li>Be well-versed in Atkore's Business System and the importance of your role to daily operations. </li></ul> <p>Who we are:</p> <p>Atkore is a four-time Great Place to Work certified company and a two-time Top Workplaces USA award winner!
