No Weekends!</p> <p>Hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 4:00pm!</p> <p>Additional benefits of working full time for GICMH are:</p> <ul> <li>Employee discount at our retail stores. </li><li>Employee discount at Sprint, Dell, AT&T, and other retailers. </li><li>Financial Coaching. </li></ul> <p>Purpose or General Objective:</p> <p>To sort, hang, and tag donated merchandise while meeting GICMH production standards.</p> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Continually serve as a positive role model for all employees, participants, and customers working with and for Goodwill Industries. </li><li>Sort through donated goods while determining quality textile and bin to hang and seasonal merchandise to store. </li><li>Continually hang and tag textile and maintain a level of processing performance of at least 80 pieces per hour with no more than 5% bale. </li><li>Correctly label carts and Gaylords as "SEASONAL" or "BALE", or as directed. </li><li>Assist the Production Supervisor with shipping and receiving between locations. </li><li>Transfer Z-Racks, carts, and Gaylords to the appropriate staging area within the processing area. </li><li>Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by following safety procedures and reporting injuries and safety hazards. </li><li>Maintain good housekeeping skills, including sweeping and cleaning the work area at the end of the shift. </li><li>Perform 5-Minute Drills at workstations. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to reach, bend, twist, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly. </li><li>Ability to use a pallet jack. </li></ul> <p>Work Experience Requirements: No experience necessary</p> <p>Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.</p>
