<p>Pay Range: $17.50 - $20.01</p> <p>Responsible for reviewing loan and post closing documents for completeness and accuracy. Monitors perfection documents and follows-up to ensure that they are returned and accurate. Maintain documents for the duration of the loan, prepares monthly management reports. As loans are paid off, release perfection documents as instructed by the lender.</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED 2 years experience in an office setting, preferred </li></ul> <p>Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Professional Phone Skills </li><li>Organizational Skills </li><li>Communication Skills </li><li>PC Skills </li></ul> <p>Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements:</p> <p>Nautilus FiServe</p> <p>Tasks Performed:</p> <ul> <li>65% Reviews loan and post closing documents for accuracy and complete documentation. </li><li>10% Monitors perfection documents for preparation and follows up that they are returned and accurate. </li><li>5% Maintains all documents throughout the life of the loan.
