The successful candidate will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Day-to-day management of expense report automation routines, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance </li><li>Developing and implementing reporting solutions to drive business insights and process improvements </li><li>Continuously identifying opportunities for process enhancements and automation, driving efficiency and effectiveness </li></ul> <p>This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of Finance Shared Services and make a meaningful impact on our business operations:</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly automation metrics to inform management and drive process improvements decisions. </li><li>Ensure that automation solutions meet quality standards. Perform testing and quality assurance activities as needed. </li><li>Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement more efficient processes. </li><li>Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate with existing systems. </li><li>Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing automation solutions, troubleshooting issues and making updates as needed. </li><li>Document automation solutions, including design, development, and testing processes, and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure that automation solutions are properly documented and supported. </li><li>Design, develop, and maintain reports to support business decision-making, using data from various sources, such as databases, data warehouses, or external data providers. </li><li>Develop, test, and deploy reports, including scheduled reports, ad-hoc reports, and data visualizations. </li><li>Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. </li><li>Performs other related duties, as required. </li></ul> <p>Required Education, Experience, & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications(Excel, Access, PowerPoint) </li><li>Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. </li><li>Excellent customer service skills. </li><li>Must be able to work independently. </li><li>Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business or other related field from an accredited college. </li><li>Demonstrated experience in performing accounting services in a government defense contractor that is governmentally regulated and compliant organization, specifically with DCAA oversight. </li><li>Familiarity with large-scale ERP systems such Oracle and Costpoint. </li><li>Experience in a finance shared service with a call center environment. </li><li>Service Now case management. </li><li>Strong ability to scale from transactional details to high level strategic thinking. </li></ul> <p>Pay Information</p> <p>Full-Time Salary Range: $41142 - $55587</p> <p>Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.</p> <p>Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan.
