Join a company that delivers precision-driven construction projects for some of the most demanding industries.</p> <p>About the Opportunity</p> <p>We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor projects based out of Danbury, CT. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who excels at coordinating high-stakes builds, navigating technical requirements, and driving projects to successful completion.</p> <p>What You'll Lead</p> <ul> <li>Full lifecycle management of construction projects from planning through closeout </li><li>Development and oversight of project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations </li><li>Coordination with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align expectations </li><li>Ensuring full compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality benchmarks </li><li>Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies to maintain timelines and budget goals </li><li>Preparing and delivering clear project updates for internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Quickly resolving project challenges that arise on-site or during planning </li><li>Promoting strong teamwork and fostering a positive work environment </li><li>Conducting ongoing site visits to ensure alignment with specifications and safety requirements </li><li>Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks </li><li>Managing procurement to ensure efficient and cost-effective material and equipment acquisition </li><li>Leading project meetings and driving communication across all teams </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline </li><li>5+ years of experience managing commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor construction projects </li><li>Strong track record of delivering large-scale builds successfully </li><li>Deep knowledge of construction processes, materials, regulations, and industry best practices </li><li>Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Proficiency with project management software and tools </li><li>Ability to excel under pressure while managing multiple priorities </li><li>Strong analytical and decision-making skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience</p> <ul> <li>PMP or similar certification </li><li>Knowledge of sustainable construction or LEED certifications </li><li>Experience with RFIs, submittals, take-offs, and change orders </li><li>Software experience in MS Project, Procore, and Sage </li><li>Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, clean rooms, biopharma, or similar technical builds </li><li>Familiarity with projects from $500k to $20M, especially those in the $3M-$5M range </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Permanent position based out of Danbury, CT.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
