The candidate must have strong SAP Retail functional, technical, and debugging expertise to be considered for this role.</p> <p>Rate Range: $67/hour to $69/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support SAP Retail processes including promotions, store operations, and store sales while resolving AMS issues with urgency.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and guide the offshore team, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality deliverables.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot functional and basic technical issues, including debugging within S/4HANA and related retail modules.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and provide effective issue resolution.</p> </li><li> <p>Work across FIORI-based retail processes and ensure integration with SAP CAR, POS, and interface/batch job flows.</p> </li><li> <p>Enhance operational stability by monitoring system behavior and addressing process gaps across key retail functions.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.</p> </li><li> <p>10 years of SAP Retail functional, technical, and debugging experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Retail processes, including promotions, store operations, and store sales.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lead offshore teams while managing client relationships and resolving AMS issues effectively.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
