Perform the required training and documentation necessary for group and individual participant goal achievement. As a direct support professional, you may be required to provide essential care and support to individuals with a diverse spectrum of abilities and challenges.</p> <p>Pay: $20Sign-on Bonus: $500 (50% paid at 6 months and 50% paid at 12 months)</p> <p>Benefits for Full-time employees:</p> <ul> <li>Health Insurance: Offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield, with generous company contribution. </li><li>Enhanced Retirement Plan: 25% - 33% Employer match based on tenure. </li><li>Student Loan Assistance: Consolidation, counseling, & limited employer contribution! </li><li>Discounted Tuition with College & University Partnerships! </li><li>Tuition Assistance: Reimbursed or prepaid college coursework! </li><li>Home Mortgage Initiative: Favorable down payment (3-5%), reduced closing costs co-paid by Seven Hills! </li></ul> <p>Work-Life Balance:</p> <ul> <li>Generous Accrued Paid Vacation: 3 weeks in your first year! </li><li>Vacation Cash-Out Option </li><li>3 Paid Personal Days </li><li>11 Paid Holidays </li><li>Accrued Paid Sick Time </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement individualized and group instructional units across various settings. </li><li>Ensure delivery of Individual Support Plan (ISP) requirements, including direct support and documentation. </li><li>Support individuals in work and community environments based on their needs. </li><li>Implement behavior support strategies in collaboration with the clinical team. </li><li>Provide transportation to assigned locations. </li><li>Work on-site or off-site as directed by the supervisor. </li><li>Encourage personal growth through choice, initiation, and risk-taking opportunities. </li><li>Treat individuals with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity. </li><li>Maintain required trainings, certifications, and licensures. </li><li>Safeguard sensitive and confidential information. </li><li>Uphold and model the organization's philosophy, mission, and values. </li><li>Respond to safety hazards and emergencies appropriately. </li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment. </li><li>Follow maintenance and safety protocols. </li><li>Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma/GED/HiSET required. </li><li>Standard driver's license (Class C or D). </li><li>1-3 years of related experience preferred. </li><li>Completion of healthcare training or competency evaluation program preferred. </li><li>Alternative qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent plus two years' experience (preferred) working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a day program or vocational setting.
