<p>Min</p> <p>USD $40,000.00/Yr.</p> <p>Max</p> <p>USD $50,000.00/Yr.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Commercial Servicing Specialist is responsible for providing high quality service to designated commercial relationships within our footprint, assisting specific regions as needed. In addition, this position supports the Head of Commercial Product and Treasury Solutions Group, the Commercial Relationship Managers, and the Treasury Relationship Managers.</p> <p>Along with the key functions listed below, each position will be expected to uphold the value that Washington Federal places on simply being kind when servicing our co-workers and Washington Federal clients.</p> <p>KEY FUNCTIONS:</p> <p>This position aids and supports for the department as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver exceptional customer service to commercial clients and internal business associates in the execution of all assigned duties; </li><li>Ensure high level client satisfaction with the operational functionality of the bank's treasury management products and services; </li><li>Provide exceptional phone support with limited in person client interaction in the form of client calls; </li><li>Backup Support for Commercial Deposit Coordinators who maintain commercial client files to meet audit and bank standards; </li><li>Assist clients with the banks Commercial Credit Card solution online platform </li><li>Seek resolution for operational issues to customer's complete satisfaction and escalate systematic issues as encountered; </li><li>Build a trusting relationship with Relationship Managers, work closely with them to support the needs of their commercial customers; keep the RM's apprised of critical developments in customer relationships; </li><li>Closely adhere to the Bank's Information Security policies and procedures. </li><li>Perform tasks that affect the Bank's compliance with federal and/or state regulations. </li><li>Adherence to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years banking/accounting/finance experience preferably in a Commercial Banking environment </li><li>Strong PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel </li><li>Excellent relationship building and communication skills </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication </li><li>Strong problem solving skills </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills </li><li>Excellent sales and customer service skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>At WaFd Bank you get all of these great benefits!</p> <ul> <li>Paid time off for vacation, sick days and holidays </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Stock options </li><li>Bonus programs </li><li>Generous 7% 401(k) employer matching* </li><li>Paid Parental Leave </li><li>Life and AD&D insurance </li><li>Long-term disability </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li><li>Employee assistance programs </li><li>Pre-tax health and dependent-care spending plans </li></ul> <p>WaFd Bank Benefits Summary - Click here for more information</p> <p>EEO Statement</p> <p>We are committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
