And we do it all with heart, each and every day.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Join the Care Management team within Caremark, the pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) of CVS Health. As the Senior Consultant of the Adherence Solutions Product team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of products and features aimed at enhancing medication adherence.</p> <p>Product team members are collectively obsessed with the client and end user's needs, designing, and adjusting features to anticipate those needs through continual refinement of the product roadmap. The team oversees all aspects of the product management process, including product development, research, data analysis, marketing, sales, operations, and strategy.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Create and manage reports related to product operations, outcomes, and finances. </li><li>Monitoring targeting processes to ensure the flawless execution of programs. </li><li>Complete analyses and use data to inform decisions on key product features. </li><li>Support the development of briefings and PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders and external clients, focusing on product outcomes, strategy, operations, sales/marketing, and finances. </li><li>Take ownership of key product roadmap items by defining strategies or features, conducting feasibility studies and business cases, outlining next steps, executing plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Data Science, and Engineering. </li><li>Assist with day-to-day responsibilities to ensure products operate effectively, including addressing client inquiries, identifying, and resolving operational issues, and providing additional support as needed. </li></ul> <p>The ideal candidate is a versatile professional with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to leverage data for decision-making are essential, along with the capability to create compelling presentations in PowerPoint. This role requires a highly collaborative individual who can engage with various cross-functional teams, from sales and marketing to data engineering. Successful candidates will be proactive self-starters who can work autonomously while following provided guidance.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in roles such as product development, product management, strategy & operations, or consulting. </li><li>2+ years of advanced experience with Excel, including skills in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP. </li><li>2+ years of experience creating presentations in PowerPoint. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills. </li><li>High level of independent judgment and initiative required. </li><li>Superior critical thinking skills with proven ability to conduct analytics and utilize data to solve problems and make informed recommendations. </li><li>Must be results-oriented; possess ability to set the right expectations based upon the timelines and workload of cross functional stakeholders; drive the project and keep others on task to meet goals. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to identify, analyze and solve practical problems; adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines. </li><li>Demonstrated success in navigating ambiguity and uncertainty, with a strong ability to learn quickly and address new challenges. </li><li>Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders from diverse areas of expertise and levels of the organization. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prior healthcare industry experience. </li><li>Experience in business case development, initiative discovery, and testing. </li><li>Experience with SQL, including writing and running queries. </li><li>Experience with Tableau. </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.</p> <p>Anticipated Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Time Type</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>The typical pay range for this role is:</p> <p>$46,988.00 - $112,200.00</p> <p>This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.</p> <p>Our people fuel our future.
