<p>A Solution Development Engineer develops strong relationships throughout the Applications group and provides exceptional solutions with accurate costing that consist of autonomous vehicles, custom automation and robotics that meet Bastian Solutions' customer's needs. These engineered solutions require an excellent understanding of material flow, information flow, system design principles and general business processes. Solution Development Engineers will frequently partner with Applications Engineers during the pursuit of opportunities.
