<p>Through functioning as a neutral resource, the ER team serves to drive consistency and fairness, assess workplace culture, investigate escalated concerns such as workplace discrimination, retaliation, or harassment and provide consultative support. Make recommendations and provide guidance with respect to corrective action, separations, performance management, policy interpretation, leave of absence, accommodations, and other complex and sensitive employment matters. Support internal ER projects/initiatives as needed. What You'll Get: The annual base salary range for this position is $99,025.00 - $131,765.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
