<p>Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is looking for a hands-on Senior Financial Analyst to partner with commercial and operational teams and support data-driven decision-making across a global organization. The position will be full time in the office.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze and report on P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow </li><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis </li><li>Build financial models and perform scenario analysis </li><li>Develop KPIs and actionable business insights </li><li>Partner with operations to drive cost savings and margin improvement </li><li>Prepare materials for executive leadership and Board presentations </li><li>Support capital investment analysis and M&A initiatives </li><li>Drive finance process improvements, automation, and system enhancements* 2-5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, audit, or accounting experience </li><li>Strong understanding of financial statements and forecasting </li><li>Manufacturing, global, and Oracle ERP experience preferred </li><li>Detail-oriented, analytical, adaptable, and willing to roll up sleeves </li><li>Strong communicator and collaborative business partner </li><li>Advanced Excel skills; Experience with Power BI/Tableau a plus </li><li>Global experience is a plus </li></ul>
