Perfect Attendance Bonus Medical, Dental & Vision Company-paid Life Insurance Paid-Time Off & 11 Paid Holidays</p> <p>The equipment technician will be expected to maintain all production equipment and processes by assuring all facilities and plant equipment are functioning, clean, orderly, project an attractive image, and are in compliance with relevant regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate will perform minor and routine building and equipment maintenance tasks and arrange for the repair and upkeep of required equipment. The main goal and priority of the position is to maintain all production equipment in top working condition to support efficient, consistent, and safe production output. Electrical experience preferred. Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Perform proactive maintenance and repair of all production equipment. Assist in developing and executing accurate preventative maintenance plans. Identify and implement opportunities for equipment improvement. Maintain exterior grounds, including removal of yard debris, trimming shrubs and trees, garbage pickup, and snow removal from parking lots and walkways. Ensure cleanliness and safety of stairwells, walkways, and public areas. Maintain and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and other facility infrastructure. Operate and monitor computerized building control systems, power and lighting, compressed gases, ventilation, DI water systems, and sanitary facilities. Arrange and oversee repairs by external technicians when necessary. Perform carpentry repairs, construction, and installation of building equipment and fixtures. Assist with machine moves and capital improvement projects. Monitor and adjust office equipment and facility temperature to ensure employee comfort. Follow all safety requirements and maintain compliance with company standards. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and facility management. Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and building controls. Ability to work independently and efficiently on multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate tools/equipment safely.</p> <p>Work Environment This position requires both indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Must be able to lift, carry and maneuver heavy objects as needed. Our top-notch environment is climate controlled with a clean and comfortable setting.</p>
