This may include presenting and acting upon ideas of better work methods or staffing of personnel to maximize efficiencies. </li><li>Is responsible for educating new employees on the safety, quality, and process requirements of various positions. This would include training on the personal protective equipment required, machine hazards, fork-lift traffic, quality specification of products, etc. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by management. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years old. </li><li>Must be willing to work overtime and weekends. </li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States </li><li>Be able to work in a cold environment (32-45 degrees) for 8-10 hours a day. </li><li>Must be able to move, lift, push or pull 50-70lb, several times an hour, for 8-10 hours a day. </li><li>Must be able to stand 8-10 hours a day. </li><li>Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices(GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOPs </li><li>2 years of consistent work history at a food manufacturing facility or production facility </li><li>English Bilingual </li></ul> <p>Preferred Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Previous coordinator experience in a food manufacturing facility or production facility </li></ul>
