<p>Job#: 3032351</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Job Title: ServiceNow Systems Architect</p> <p>Location: Tampa, FL (hybrid)</p> <p>Please send a copy of your resume to [email protected] if you are interested!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Platform Architecture and Design: Develop and maintain the overall architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. </li><li>System Maintenance and Upgrades: Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance. </li><li>Workflow Development: Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to automate processes and improve efficiency. </li><li>Integrations: Lead the design and implementation of integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, and other protocols. </li><li>ITOM and ITAM Implementation: Configure and support ITOM and ITAM modules, including discovery, service mapping, asset management, and event management. </li><li>SPM/PPM Expertise: Configure and maintain Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules, including Demand, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management, with a focus on Agile methodologies. </li><li>Database Management: Manage MariaDB installation, optimization, indexing, and coding to support platform performance. </li><li>Security and Compliance: Configure and maintain system ACLs, certificates, and security protocols, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. </li><li>Monitoring and Risk Management: Monitor system stability, conduct risk assessments, and implement measures to prevent service degradation or interruptions. </li><li>Reporting and Analytics: Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide visibility into portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities. </li><li>Documentation and Governance: Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and governance standards for the platform. </li></ul> <p>The Software Engineer Sr Principal/Systems Architect must have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree with focus in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Certifications: Applicable DoD 8140 or DoD 8570 Certification (i.e., CompTIA Security + CE certification)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience: 10+ years of related experience in ServiceNow software development and system architecture.</p> </li><li> <p>Technical skills:</p> </li><li> <p>Proven work experience with the ServiceNow platform in a software development and systems architecture environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow software development tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of system security, ACLs, and certificate management.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience with on-premises ServiceNow deployments and server administration (Windows/Linux).</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in ITOM, ITAM, and SPM modules.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO).</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with database management (MariaDB preferred).</p> </li><li> <p>Required security clearance level: Must have a current/active Secret clearance and TS/SCI eligibility is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>US citizenship required due to the Secret clearance requirement</p> </li><li> <p>This position requires working onsite at the client location 5 days a week initially.
