Our crews work in teams of 2. They work together to install our custom-made windows or doors in and around Dane County and northern Illinois. </li></ul> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Install window and door products in accordance with Company standards and processes. </li><li>Effectively prepare the job site for set up and tear down. </li><li>Collaborate with Install Project Manager throughout the installation process to maximize efficiencies, proper tear outs and installation techniques. </li><li>Build and sustain positive homeowner relations and assist in meeting or exceeding customer expectations. </li><li>Maintain a mindset of continual self-learning and development of skills. </li><li>Adhere to proper safety techniques at all times while maintaining a clean and orderly job site. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>At least 1 year general carpentry experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <p>A valid Wisconsin driver's license and an excellent driving record is preferred</p>
