Per Diem staff are required to work 24 hours per month, with 2 shifts on weekends and 1 summer and 1 winter holiday per year. </li><li>Limited Part-Time (Weekends Only): 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Education: Graduate of an accredited school of registered professional nursing </li><li>Preferred: BSN </li><li>License: New York State Registered Professional Nurse Licensure </li><li>Experience: Minimum one year of nursing experience (preferred experience in long-term care and/or supervisory roles) </li><li>Key Skills: </li><li>Strong ability to collaborate with medical staff, department managers, ancillary services, and customers in a professional manner </li><li>Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal) </li><li>Proven ability to remain calm and manage stressful situations with professionalism </li><li>Skilled in clinical management, managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and fostering teamwork </li><li>Familiarity with NYSDOH requirements </li><li>Strong organizational and analytical abilities </li><li>Computer literate </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Under the direction of the Director of Nursing - LTC, you will oversee the daily operations of the nursing units and provide clinical supervision to employees, either personally or through subordinates.
