Apply today and be part of something bigger.</p> <p>Location: Corporate Complex</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):</p> <ul> <li>Act as an advisor and subject matter resource for the GEH, COI, and whistleblowing systems, providing guidance to users and stakeholders. </li><li>Respond promptly and accurately to system flags, user queries, and requests. </li><li>Maintain and update user access, security permissions, system fields, data uploads, and administrative pages. </li><li>Maintain audit protocols, business rules, data checklists, and system queries, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with best practices. </li><li>Conduct regular data integrity reviews, including data cleaning, duplicate checks, and correction of user-related errors. </li><li>Produce accurate and insightful system reports, including statistical analyses, dashboards, presentations, and management reports. </li><li>Maintain and update reporting documentation, manuals, templates, and backup and storage protocols. </li><li>Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to build user competency across all compliance systems. </li><li>Promote effective communication and collaboration with system users, analysts, and cross-functional teams. </li><li>Work with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements or configuration changes. </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve system processes, reporting protocols, and user experience. </li><li>Oversee office administration and filing systems relevant to compliance records, ensuring proper control and continual optimisation. </li><li>Support disclosure campaigns and provide administrative support to the compliance team as needed. </li><li>Assist in compliance monitoring activities, ad-hoc reviews, and contribute to compliance risk assessment processes. </li><li>Prepare and present compliance system reports and updates to EXCO, Board, and other governance committees. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Grade 12 </li><li>Degree, or equivalent experience in Compliance, Governance, Risk, Legal, or a related field. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years' experience in a compliance, governance, risk, legal, or related administrative environment. </li><li>Demonstrated experience administering business or compliance systems, including case-management or disclosure platforms. </li><li>Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity. </li><li>Experience generating reports, analysing data, and providing insights to support decision-making. </li><li>Exposure to working with multiple stakeholders across functions, with the ability to coordinate activities and manage workflow. </li><li>Experience in process improvement, system optimisation, or supporting system enhancements is advantageous. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Who We Are</p> <p>We are a Southern African PGM producer, marketing metals globally, with a presence across 8 regions and 17 sites.
