<p>PART TIME- FLEXIBLE HOURS</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Direct Care Worker at the J. Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center will provide valuable one-on-one community and home-based support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They will assist individuals in their daily activities and routines, participate in community living skills, daily living skills, vocational programs, and recreational activities, advocate for the individuals' well-being, and engage in agency-required trainings.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Valid driver's license and automobile insurance </li><li>Safe driving record </li><li>Access to a personal vehicle for transportation needs </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities </li><li>Assist individuals with daily activities and routines </li><li>Participate in various skill-building programs and recreational activities </li><li>Advocate for and enhance the lives of the individuals supported </li><li>Attend and complete agency-required trainings including Safety Care and CPR </li></ul> <p>The J.
