Our therapists are central to our mission and serve as expert advisors to LSI's early childhood, behavioral health, and family safety teams.</p> <p>We are seeking a full-time/part-time licensed mental health therapist to provide comprehensive mental health services remotely across the state of Iowa. This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing the therapist to determine their preferred hours and work environment. Services will be delivered entirely through telehealth, ensuring clients receive high-quality mental health support from the safety and comfort of their own homes.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide community-based therapy and counseling assessments via telehealth</p> </li><li> <p>Serve a diverse population of children, adults, couples, and families</p> </li><li> <p>Develop individual treatment plans to fully address each client's behavioral and mental health needs</p> </li><li> <p>Manage case plans and re-evaluate as necessary to optimize client outcomes</p> </li><li> <p>Receive free clinical licensure supervision from one of our Clinical Supervisors</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with a statewide team of mental health professionals</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or other approved related fields (LMFT, LMHC)</p> </li><li> <p>Must be licensed in the state of Iowa (temporary and provisionally licensed applicants are encouraged to apply!)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organization and time management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient with electronic client care databases and MS Office software</p> </li><li> <p>Flexible availability-some evening or weekend hours may be required to meet client needs</p> </li><li> <p>A valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance (for possible in-person or community outreach, if applicable, or as required by certain clients)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to pass an extensive background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry, and criminal history</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits and Perks</p> <p>LSI values each staff member as a holistic person with concerns, interests, and commitments outside of work.
