<p>Job#: 3025250</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist</p> <p>Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM</p> <p>Required: NetSuite experience</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>We're looking for an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our onsite team in Charlotte. This role is mainly Accounts Payable, with some AR support. Ideal candidates are strong in AP, comfortable working in large Excel spreadsheets, and willing to call vendors or customers when needed.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Process high-volume AP invoices accurately </li><li>Work with large spreadsheets, filtering, sorting, and using basic formulas </li><li>Communicate with vendors by phone/email to resolve issues </li><li>Handle payment runs (checks, ACH, wires) </li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and maintain records </li><li>Support AR tasks: billing, cash application, and customer follow-up calls </li><li>Assist with month-end close for AP/AR </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>NetSuite experience required </li><li>3+ years Accounts Payable experience; AR experience required </li><li>Strong Excel skills (large datasets, filtering, basic formulas) </li><li>Comfortable making phone calls to vendors/customers </li><li>Must work onsite Monday-Friday </li></ul> <p>Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
