<p>Job Title</p> <p>Facilities Manager</p> <p>Job Description Summary</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Ensure all aspects of Facilities Management functions are being performed satisfactorily and are maintained to a high standard and in accordance with Client's policies </li><li>Arrange works with suppliers and contractors, organizing planned and reactive support as required. </li><li>Responsible for the statutory compliance of required regulations and ensuring all records are kept up to date and ready for inspection by our client, or any other professional body. </li><li>Measure all service activities against recognized standards and propose appropriate and proportionate improvements to meet existing and future requirements </li><li>Manage relevant soft services relating to the aesthetics of the environment reporting issues as appropriate (Cleaning / Maintenance / etc.) </li><li>Oversee the successful delivery and management of all outsourced contracts under IFM </li><li>Managing the upkeep of equipment as per the planned schedules and supplies to meet health and safety standards </li><li>Managing Assigned Remote Locations Facilities Operations </li><li>Inspecting Office areas to determine the need for repairs or renovations </li><li>FM Operations budget forecasting & analysis on a monthly and annual Basis </li><li>Project management - As necessary </li><li>General FM activities - managing planned power shutdown activities, conducting fire drills </li><li>Follow safety standards defined by the organization </li><li>Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs </li><li>Supervise all staff facilities staff (technicians, Janitors, Office Support Staff etc.) and external contractors as needed </li><li>Control activities - Office Space allocation, upkeep of office, Electromechanical Equipment maintenance & waste disposal etc., </li><li>Facilities Capital Projects - Equipment replacements, Office refresh project management and Budget management </li><li>Managing data related to facilities management as directed. </li></ul> <p>Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
